Abstract

Bisnis rental kendaraan online telah mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, didorong oleh kemajuan teknologi dan perubahan preferensi konsumen. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan, tantangan, dan peluang dalam industri rental kendaraan online. Penelitian ini mengkaji 50 artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan antara 2018-2023 dari database Scopus, IEEE Xplore, dan Google Scholar. Hasil review menunjukkan tiga tema utama: (1) evolusi model bisnis, dari model tradisional ke platform peer-to-peer; (2) peran teknologi, termasuk aplikasi mobile, IoT, dan AI dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional; dan (3) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi konsumen, seperti kemudahan penggunaan, harga, dan keamanan. Tantangan utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi regulasi yang beragam, keamanan data, dan persaingan dengan penyedia transportasi tradisional.
