ANALYSIS OF HEALTH WORKER READINESS VIEWED FROM INDICATORS OF LENGTH OF SERVICE, TRAINING, AND CONTINUOUS LEARNING AT BLUD PUSKESMAS WUA-WUA, KENDARI CITY, 2026

Kesiapan tenaga kesehatan merupakan faktor strategis bagi kinerja garda terdepan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan primer, namun proses pembentukannya melalui akumulasi pengalaman kerja masih jarang dikaji secara kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesiapan tenaga kesehatan ditinjau dari indikator lama kerja, riwayat pelatihan, dan inisiatif pembelajaran berkelanjutan di BLUD Puskesmas Wua-Wua Kota Kendari. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus diterapkan, melibatkan 10 informan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling: 5 informan kunci (bidan, dokter umum, perawat, apoteker, tenaga laboratorium) dan 5 informan pendukung (penanggung jawab ruangan dan Kepala Puskesmas). Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi pasif, dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan triangulasi sumber, metode, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama kerja memperkuat kepercayaan diri dan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan klinis, meskipun tidak menghilangkan kehati-hatian pada kasus baru. Riwayat pelatihan bervariasi antar profesi; bidan dan dokter umum telah banyak mengikuti pelatihan teknis, sementara perawat dan tenaga laboratorium belum mengakses pelatihan formal dan mengandalkan pembelajaran mandiri melalui SOP. Inisiatif pembelajaran berkelanjutan, berupa webinar, modul digital, dan diskusi kasus sejawat, didorong oleh tuntutan profesi, pemenuhan SKP, dan keselamatan pasien. Kesimpulannya, kesiapan tenaga kesehatan dibentuk oleh interaksi pengalaman kerja, akses pelatihan yang belum merata, dan inisiatif individu dalam pembelajaran berkelanjutan yang cukup kuat. Penguatan program mentoring, pemerataan anggaran pelatihan, dan sistem pembelajaran daring internal direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan secara lebih merata.
